You Are The Weakest Link! GOODBYE

User Rating: 8.5 | The Weakest Link PS
The Weakest Link a show by the BBC and stars Anne Robinson the evil old lady. The game was released in 2001 by Activision and developed by Traveller's Tales on PC, PS1 PS2 so lets get in with this review for the PS1 version.

The Weakest Link still shown to this very day I liked it ages ago now kind of bored with the show. The game is just like the TV show you can chose with 24 players each have different jobs from Programmers, Air Traffic controller, lawyer etc some are miserable some are happy. You get the chance of choosing different modes which are

Single - this is just playing on your own though you stand a very good chance of been voted off right at the end cause of tactical voting as the computer will team up against you.

Mutiplayer - here you can have your friends join in a game with which you should stand more of a chance to make it to the final unless your friend is evil and tries to vote you off.

Championship - This can gain you more money as you can earn up to a million pound you play 4 shows the higher level of the show will get you playing for one million virtual pounds.

Bend the Rules - this is your chance to take more control of the game you can chose less of subjects of questions that you do not like and chose more of the ones you do like. You can also change who banks during the stages.

When you start the game you will get an intro with Anne Robinson giving you the rules of the game how she would on TV these parts you can skip if you want these will pop up after every round. Voting off a player you will have to wait as the player takes the walk of shame and then they talk it's annoying the wait time. But the game is fun and enjoyable I like this more then Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and by far this is a better game then Deal or No Deal.

The graphics are not that great a bit of a mess but it does not really matter it's a PS1 game. The voices are boring the characters seem to have no feeling only that William guy seems normal the rest have annoying accents and the posh people get on your nerves.

Overall though even though I now hate the show I will still play this game time to time as I do think it is fun. The only bad points to the game is the graphics are not that great and long waiting times while people are doing the walk of shame. The good points it really relates to the show and the sounds are spot on.
