A pile of garbage unlike any other (for real)

I almost don't even care to write this review, but if I can deter just one person out there from wasting any money on this...experience...then I've done my good deed for the day. Let me tell you that my expectations for this game were realistically moderate. When I first learned that it was in development, and later watched a short demo play, I thought "OK, so it looks way outdated, but maybe the gameplay and mechanics are decent" - well, after playing it for about an hour, I can tell you that yes, it's way outdated in the graphics and sound department, but the absolute lack of substance is shocking and outrageous. Bad games happen, true, but bad games to this extent shouldn't be happening, it's insulting. Nothing new to list what others haven't described in detail, but the real horror in this game aren't the zombies, but the invisible walls, the rudimentary controls (1 second to do a power stab? Which isn't even animated well and has no purpose) the disconnected characters, the inability to find immersion. Zombie games, especially one based on perhaps the best zombie show out there at this time (I'm a big fan), shouldn't really be hard to pull off - but this game missed it by a long, long shot. Please, please do yourself the favour and do not buy this game, don't even rent it. It's worthless. I'm giving it 3 instead of 1 simply because I can still appreciate the work that went into the game, and the voice acting is professional. Also, the game never crashed (which I was expecting)
