I don't get it. I see so many people saying they got him to come with them even when they disagreed with him more than I did, yet he still will not come with me no matter what I say. Ugh, this is gonna be a huge annoyance in episode 5, it almost makes me not even wanna continue. I guess I should have shot Duck, but I really do not agree with letting some random guy put him out of his misery. Ah well, way too late to go back now.

I was able to get him to go by saying that Clem is family. But he refuses to go if Ben is going to go. In the ended, I decided to tell Kenny off cause he was being a dick for quite a while now.

I got Kenny to help and saved Ben as well, I've always taken Kenny's side in every issue, saved duck, fed him and his family at the moter inn, fed Duck water and animal crackers outside the train.

Lee wasn't a random guy anymore it had been months since they had met. They were friends, close friends. I'm just saying how could Kenny even hold a gun directly after his wife had shot herself. He needed someone to be strong for him, so he chose Lee his friend.

Its a bug that generated in episode 1. if you chose the 'Lets readon with Larry' option, its some glitch that makes Kenny hate you forever no matter what you do, even more so than if you intentionally sided with Larry
thats not a glitch, wheres everyone getting that idea?
at any rate, for him to just volunteer his services you have to follow everything he tells you to do and pretty much never deviate
if youre at least reasonable with him, you should be able to get him to come with you with the "Clementine is family" option
I know showing the bite helps Omid and Christa come with you, not sure about Kenny
It IS a glitch, dont say it isnt if you havent even done it. Kenny is literally a skitzo if you choose that option, he'll say something horrible to you then the next line he is all happy.

I gave the food to Duck and Clem in both episode one and two.
Highfived Duck in episode 3.
When I picked "Clementine is family", he replied "In the end, it's all about family. You have been nice to Katjaa and Duck." and then he comes along.'
So, it might have something to do with being nice to Katjaa and Duck.
(Kenny has been angry to me since episode two because I often didn't side with him ever since that incident in the meat locker.)
I can vouche for this guy. Kenny also told me something like, "You helped me with Katjaa and Duck, and even though you didn't side with me a lot of the time, I'll come along to help you get your girl" [paraphrased].

Whatever. Its not a bug or a glitch. Kenny is an a-hole. The fact that he wouldn't help me after all the things we'd been through just sealed the deal. I knew I couldn't trust him after he left me in the drugstore (ep3). I cut him out from that point on, so when he pulled that crap about how I've been "thinking about myself" too much, I let him have it. I don't need his help. He doesn't have my back, and he always chokes when its clutch time. Eff him. I'm happy he's gone.

When I say I "cut him out", I don't even mean I was rude to him. I still tried to be nice to him. I didn't suggest we kill Duck immediately, I shot duck, I beat the kids head in. I was always nice to Duck too, and Katja.

I did save Ben though. Poor kid just doesn't make very good decisions. The stuff with the Bandits I can understand, he was blackmailed into doing it (Lilly was right...uggh. I left her behind). The hatchet was just him being an idiot. Kids are idiots, I can't sentence him to death for that. Yeah, the kid screws up all the time, but he's just a dumb kid.
This is a great game. Can't wait to see what happens next. 86% of people showed the bite? That alone kind of restores my faith in humanity.
