Game is extremely broken

Just take a look at the Telltale's game support PC forum and around the net there's hundreds of reports on broken/missing saves and the game loosing choices it's freaking ridiculous and it's even happening to console users too. I have pretty much all their games with the exception of Jurassic Park and I haven't had any issues but with this game omg it's one thing after another.

I lost my choices from 1-2 then from 2-3 then my saves got corrupted going from 3-4 not that it matters because the game keeps forgetting my choices any ways, I could just play through with random choices but I feel this takes away the whole point of the game.

I even see reports of the same thing happening when starting episode 5 so I'm just shocked they haven't figured out what's causing this yet and fixed it's been like eight months since release.
