so.... anyone wanna predict Lee Ending? Solely on His life..heres a few possible ending i can draft out...feel free to choose either 1..
A>Commit Suicide?
B>Ask Clem to head Shot him?
C>Ask Kenny to head shot him?
D>Wander off alone into the darkness and turn into a Zombie?
E>Die after volunteering being a Rambo to save his whole Group since he is gonna die anyway?
F>Lee manage to find a Cure?
G>Lee was IMMUNE to the Bite and become the Saviour of the World..?
H>Judgement Day.....everybody dies...government plan to solve all problem XD
personally i will choose E ...XD....i would prefer F or G...but nah....i dont see a happy ending to this..

F...!
I know it's a long shot... and honestly I'm not even sure how I'd feel about the game having a more or less happy ending... but the possibility is still there that Lee doesn't die from this bite.
I talk about my theory in my topic about "The Lee Situation". Like I said... Long shot... but not entirely impossible.
Originally I was one of the people that figured he was doomed and Clem was going to end up finishing him off. However, after my save glitched and I had to replay the game from scratch. I came across a few strings of dialogue early in the game that changed my mind.

Very much doubt F and G. You have to remember that this is taking place not far from Rick and his people in the comics. If there is a cure or Lee becomes the cure, they're basically creating lore for Robert Kirkman. If there's a cure or anyone is actually immune, it'll first be revealed in the comics first.
But I'll go with A or D. No way Lee is going to put the burden on Clem to shoot him. He'll either headshot himself or just disappear, never to be heard from again.

Most likely A or E.

I think it will end up with a choice of either:
Having Clem shoot a zombie Lee after an emotional farewell (since Lee has effectively been training her to look out for herself).
OR
By allowing Clem to walk away with Christa or Kenny only to have zombie Lee kill them both in some sort of twisted epilogue (the ultimate price to pay for taking the "easy" route).
I think either way, Clem will end up with Christa as the game seems to be building up their budding mother/daughter relationship with Lee making the ultimate sacrifice in saying goodbye to Clem.

I'd bet on "I" -- cliche video game sequence where Lee sacrifices himself to save Clementine.
I really hope I'm wrong, and Telltale has made sure the writing in this series is really good, but I can't see them passing up the Hollywood ending.

If he's alone and fails to save Clem, Lee will probably wander off to die as a walker.
If you have any amount of people in your team but fail to save Clem, Lee will probably kill himself and at least one of your team will notice him pointing the gun at himself and run towards him saying: "NO LEE, NOOO!!!" Then everything goes slow-mo and if you have anyone else in your team, they all turn towards Lee and look shocked, then you hear a gunshot, then black. Then an abrupt close-up of Lee's bloody face and everyone converging around him looking sad. THE END!
If you save Clem you will probably have the choice of who gets to kill you, be it Clem or someone on your team. You see things from their perspective and you are forced to kill the character you've been playing as for the whole game. That would be effective because it would be a striking contrast to how you've been playing the rest of the game.
If you have Ben in your team he indirectly kills everyone and he's the only survivor.
If Clem's on the verge of death and anyone but Kenny's in your team, your forced to take the burden of killing Clem and then yourself (Linking in with that second ending I mentioned).
If Kenny's in your team he will insist that he kills Clem, showing he has developed as a character and relieves Lee of at least some of the burden. Lee still kills himself.
If you're an overall awesome guy, you have everyone on your team, burst in on where Clem is held in a blaze of glory, take out the stalker dude, save Clem and then save Lee somehow. Happiness all round!
Well there you go, there's a few of my ideas for an ending.

I remember Ben saying in episode 2. It's not the bite itself that makes you turn, it's your death.. we are all infected.
Now the question is. Does a bite actually kill you? Do the walkers infect you with some kind of virus or bacteria that slowly kills you? Duck lasted a very long time after he was bitten, and he was bit very hard, and didn't have any medicine whatsoever. Lee just got a scratch, and they have a lot of medicine to disinfect the wound... or in the worst case amputate his arm.
Could telltale pull a red herring on us and actually have Lee survive to continue our adventure with Clem for season 2?

Everyone is indeed infected, but in a passive way. Apparently a bite ignites the whole infection thing and kills you, making you return as a walker. Sorta like HIV.... you can be a carrier, but you won't necessarily develop symptoms for years.
That being said, as much as I like Lee, it'd be lame for Telltale to let him live after he got bitten, retconning the whole WD universe. It'd be less emotional, too.

Just cut off the arm.. seems thats what worked for most of the comic book heroes not to mention main char Rick. Hell he hasnt had his arm for better part of the series and aint nothin bad happenin to him.. and the old guy lost a leg like that too .. still lived.
thus yeah.. amputation is viable source for keeping Lee around. but GOD Clementine was supposed to be smarter than that..

My guess is there will be some kinda option for Lee to sacrifice himself for the good of the group.

In the comics they amputate IMMEDIATELY
Unless the start of Episode 5 is an amputation, I'd write out that theory

I: Lee succumbs to his infection halfway through the episode and, one by one, we take control of any characters that made it to episode 5. Clementine can only be found if you managed to keep the entire group together.

True, but that doesn't change the fact that Dale was bitten and that the removal of his leg did keep him from succumbing to the infection.
