Little gem lost in the storm
-= Gameplay =- 8: Lots of Devil May Cry looking stuff but there is more to it. Although game looks much like DMC it's actually quiet different and almost equally entertainting. Having demon powers and Kill attacks are always good. A bit jRPG looking!!!
-= Graphics =- 8: TSOE has a unique visual style to it. The colors and overall design is strange yet beautiful. A lot of effects like trail for lights and swords. Great Particle effects. Character and monster design are top-notch.
-= Sound and music =- 8: Great music and good yet little voice acting. Sound effects are decent. A lot of dialogues are in text form like jRPG games!!
-= Value =- 9: Interesting and fresh story beautifully told with a lot of surprises. overally about a young powerfull fellow and conflict with gods and Etheria (OZ and Etheria are important things in the story). Good amount of content and long enough. Unique and nice CGs.
If you are looking for a great experience and somehow different and fresh yet familiar should try TSOE. Also a good choice for action lovers and jGame fans (Great story with FF elements).
