This is barely a game.

Here's how I go for all video games, I try to beat them even if they're bad, really strange but that's me. Sum of All Fears is barely a game, and I'm not trying to be mean here, the thing is that there's pretty much no challenge and you feel that you're just breezing through this short title. Let's try to put it this way, how can a shooting game, that consist in... let's say, "shooting enemies" have an auto and broad aim mechanism, that's beyond me. Really, just spot an enemy, loosely move the gun their direction and it will snap to them, then you just have to pull the trigger.

The gameplay alone is enough to not take this title seriously, but then you go to the graphics department, which is pretty much an ugly muddy pixelation bath. It's good enough, but not pleasant considering it's a Gamecube game, this should look at least good. But my biggest problem is the audio. I can tell you that I don't really condemn any games for their audio but this one is just pretty noticeable. It became painful to hear the step sound, it's really bad, sounds like it's being processed in an Atari 2600, well this is quite an exaggeration, but everything sounds bad, just wait to hear the gunshots, it's quite sad.

I have to say that it distracted me for a few hours, but I felt I was just walking through and curious to see where this game would go. This is quite hard to hear from me, but you should just skip this game, even if it cost a couple of bucks, it sadly a little too much.
