The Sims 4 is a watered down version of the previous Sims games

User Rating: 3 | The Sims 4 (Limited Edition) PC

The Sims 3 featured an entire simulated town... The Sims 4 features only a neighborhood....

Please see this complaint about missing features http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.858050-89-Features-Missing-From-The-Sims-4

As you can see 89 features 10 of then all Major game features are simply not in the game.

It is sad that graphics marginally improved and the game was gutted of the things that make it great.

Sadly the previous game the Sims 3 ran great until a simulation had been running for a very long time... and this time is not in consecutive hours, I am saying that a save game that had 100+ hours of play would in fact have terrible performance. Also after many expansions had been released as well as digital content the game would just fill up the maximum amount of memory it could allocate (Under 4 gigs for a 32bit game) and then become choppy or crash or freeze. The most modern high end PC would not matter because the game was only 32 and it could not use the resources of a modern computer.

Now here we are over a decade after 64bit becomes mainstream and EA releases a 32 bit game????????????? WHAT?????!!!!!!!!!!!

But it will run great on almost any PC. Your super high-end PC is just wasted on this game.. They released it devoid of everything that made the franchise great and plan to add most of it through paid expansions in a cash grab.

PATHETIC EA PATHETIC

You could have just remade the Sim3 as a 64 bit game and done well.
