Sims 2: Lights, Camera, Action. Cliche turned to game.

User Rating: 7.5 | The Sims 2 GBA
Daddy Bigbucks, a round rich bastard has hired you to screw with the heads of some poor people in the town of Strangeville as an actor/actress. Your goal is to make episodes for an oddball family and get high ratings for the boss. The idea is fresh and different compaired to the other Sims games with story plots. You have your own aspirations. Friendly, Intimidating, or Romantic, which you have to fill in order to get a good rating at the end of the episode. Daddy Bigbucks sets you up with your own pad, a few bits of furniture and some money to start off. As any other Sims game like it, there are mini games where you can make some money. A big flaw in this game. The mini games are stupid, and pointless. In one, you have to match up the color of birds to feed bigfoot. See. Pointless. The only mini-game that hasn't disappointed me is the Keehaulin-Cards. I find it the funnest and you make the most money this way. The town setup is awkward and doesn't make it easy for you to find people or places. I'm not exactly sure if they were going for random and odd for the theme concept, but they reached that flawlessly. The episodes are nonetheless fun to play, yet some take forever and cost a lot of money to do over if you don't get a high enough score. This game just kind of drags on after a period of time, but you could tell they were trying by switching up episodes.

Overall, if you are a Sim lover like me, you'll try it just to get your fix. I suggest it for its interesting plot twists and dialouge
