This game is actually, pretty fun.
The controls will take a while to get used to, but once you get the hang of them, the game gets easier. Some of the game's goals though (like the high score goals) are very hard even if you can get big combos.
The game doesn't really have a story, but the story is that there is a skateboarding contest in Springfield, and the winner will get $99.
The games' graphics, they aren't good, but they also aren't bad. But some things (like rails, or benches) look very thick, and unrealistic. The character models aren't that good either. (Cheif Wiggum looks skinny from the front, but he is HUGE at the sides, he kind of looks like a pancake, :D.
The load times in this game can sometimes be really slow, (they sometimes take over a minute), and other times, the loading can be very fast.
The game has a few glitches, while I was playing, my character would sometimes get stuck in a corner, and i'd have to restart the level. The levels are also pretty large.
In conclusion, The Simpsons Skateboarding, is an alright skateboarding game, but if you want a very good skateboarding game, then you should get a Tony Hawk game instead. (I don't know about skate yet though- I haven't gotten a chance to play it, but i'm sure it's great).
