I don't see any comparison to grand theft auto besides the fact that you can run people over and beat them up. Anyway the game is great from getting to go to and explore the simpsons world. The plot is ok not to bad. Theres a variety of different cars you can choose from some good some bad and alot you can only obtain after completing an event or side quest. The different race side quests are fun but difficult. The one side quest where you had to get the trading cards was a little difficult and some were easy to get some you had to launch your car off a ramp to get which took a few tries to get it right. Some of my faves are mr plow, willies lawn mower, Barts rocket car, the duff truck, the salt truck, the school bus, and the police car. My neice loved lisa's malibu stacy car.
I think my favorite level was the seaside port level near the observatory. The most annoying part was the camera bees.
I honestly loved this game and its one of the few good games they made for the game cube of the series.
