The Polar Express E3 2004 Preshow First Look

The Polar Express is a game based on the movie of the same name. The film, currently scheduled for release in November, is based on the book of the same name. All three will follow the story of a train headed for the North Pole on a trip to meet Santa Claus.

The action adventure game will break down into eight different chapters, giving you the opportunity to explore areas like the train itself, the North Pole, and more. The game will also contain some puzzle-solving as well as some minigame-styled elements.

The Polar Express will appear on the PC, GameCube, and PlayStation 2. The PS2 version will contain EyeToy support, though specifics are unavailable at this time. A portable version of the game is also in development for the Game Boy Advance, with experienced portable developer Tantalus at the helm.

The Polar Express is currently scheduled for release on all platforms this fall.
