Mechanically it's garbage but it could've been fun.

This game is a great idea and if it worked it could have added to the education of many a student of American history. The problem is the thing just doesn’t work. It skips, drags, locks-up and crashes. If there’s a copy somewhere that works, I’d like to actually try the game.
