I bought this game this game while I was working in Iraq as a contractor. Since I purchased it at the PX I wasn't expecting much from the game, many of the games they carried were OK at best. To top it of it was a franchise game so I was pleasantly surprised to discover this game was a lot of fun. The graphics were great and the sound was even better. When batting outside of Gondor you could hear the sounds of combat all around you. The gameplay was reminiscent of the Final Fantasy series (FF VII and newer). Overall EA Games did a great job with this game and I spent a lot of time playing it over and over again. I would highly recommend this game to anybody especially if you are Lord of the Rings fan.
