The Return of the King improves on everything from its predecessor. It's a movie liscensed game worth playing.
Like the previous game, The Return of the King puts in some CG footage taken directly from the movie. Also the game has some levels from the Two Towers such as the Battle of Helms Deep daytime, Osgiliath, and the siege of Isengard. Like it's predecessor (which I forgot to mention in my last review) the voices are done by the same actors from the movie, which is really cool. The levels can be repetitive and overwhelming, but the game is really fun. It's graphics improved from the last game with rich landscape for each level.
You get to choose from many different characters such as Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas. New, playable characters to choose from are Gandalf, Sam and Frodo at the very end of the game when he battles Gollum in Mordor. You can spend your points to get new moves. Various extras to unlock such as cast interviews about the game, artwork, and photos from the film. After you finish the game, you get new playable characters, and they can play on any level, such as Frodo, and Faramir.
There is also online play. You can have a multiplayer team and play through different levels.
The Return of the King is again, King of all movie Liscensed game. Fans and non-fans of the movie would enjoy playing this game.
