An excellent transition from Pc to Xbox 360 for a strategy game.

User Rating: 8.5 | The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth II X360
Having played this game originally for the PC, i knew that it was a good game for that system. When I saw it at a price of 4$ I couldn't resist buying it, and it sure was a great bargain.

This game carries the transition between PC to 360 very smoothly. The controls work very well for the 360 and it is very easy to create an army and build a base.

One of my favourite parts of this game is the freedom to build where you want. Unlike Halo Wars, or the original BFME you are not restricted to certain building pads but are able to build where ever you want. This allows for bigger bases, and epic battles. Also, there are now unique factions. This gives the game a ton of variety when playing online or skirmish. They are pretty evenly balanced as there is no clear stronger faction.

The game also contains 2 campaigns, one which is the good and the other the evil one. Unlike other Lord of the rings game this one does not focus on the war of the ring, but rather about the war in the north of the Goblins vs Elves. This gives the game a unique story yet it's still Lord of the rings which helps a lot.

In final this is a good game, and should definitly be worth a buy.
