While Conquest has some pretty good multiplayer, it's a bit lacking.

User Rating: 7.5 | The Lord of the Rings: Conquest PS3

Intro:

Fight the battles of Middle-Earth! Battle alongside fellow Gondorians and slay an array of foes, or play as Sauron and his minions and rewrite history as you kill, burn, and destroy!

Review:
Conquest follows the epic battles of Middle-Earth playing as Good or Evil. You can select your class and slay your opponents with swords, axes, bows, and more! Plus, there are Ragdoll Physics!

The object of story mode is to save Middle-Earth or destroy it. The main game mode is : Campaign: Re-Live or Rewrite history.

In Instant Action you can do different modes:

Conquest: Capture control points or kill opponents to gain points to win.

Capture The Ring: Take the One Ring to an enemy's base to gain enough points to win.

Team Death Match: Get enough kills to win.

Duel ( part of DLC): Same as Team Death Match.

Hero TDM: Same as Team Death Match.

The offline multi-player is the same with the option to play Campaign with another player. Online multi-player doesn't let you play Campaign with another player, but allows you to rank up on leaderboards.

My most memorable experiences were smashing an orc's head into the ground and finishing an enemy as Frodo by by pulling him to the ground and... your going to have to watch a video of that when I post it or rent or buy the game and see for yourself.

Facts:

Graphics:

While HD, they sure aren't the best.

Sound:

The soundtrack is great and sounds like they took it from the movies.

Controls:

Easy to learn.

Interface:

What in the world is Interface?

Fun:

It's fun enough to earn a 7.5 from me.

Conclusion:

It's fun, but can get repetitive in single-player.
