Amazing, the best GameCube game that I own.
Graphics: Amazing, especially for the GameCube. I never get tired of looking at it with the lighting and depth the game has. The characters are very well done, even though they aren't the best I've seen. Some textures aren't very well executed on cliffs, rocks, etc. Usually in the theatrical cut scenes there are some blurry textures and backgrounds showing, but other than that, the graphics couldn't get much better.
Sound: Old school Zelda players will be happy to know that there are still songs from OoT and many others, even if they are very brief. Most are remixed or new.
Gameplay: Perfect. The controls are tight and I've never had any problems at all.
Tilt: I have no idea what that means, so I'll skip it.
Value: You will EASILY spend 50 - 60 hours on this game, and that is without all the sidequests you can do. For $50 ($67 is what I paid), this game will entertain you to no end, and it is insanely hard to put down. You will definitely get what you pay for.
Bottom line: This is an amazing game. If this is your first Zelda game, you will be even more amazed. If you see it anywhere, no matter what the price is, pick it up, because you won't be sorry.
