Where is the Hyrule Pike?

I fished pretty much everywhere in the Fishing Area but I can't find the pike
(I need the pike to get Sinking Lure)

From my experiences, I fish under the big arch. Don't get it confused with the Ordon Catfish which looks exactly the same as a Hylian Pike, but has more color on it.
