HOW do i DEFEAT the flying armoured goblin in Hyrule Castle to get to Ganon??

Umm exactly how you defeated like a million of those in City in the Sky? Just use the clawshot when they raise their shields and then just slice them.
That's the closest enemy I can recall as a flying thing witha shield.nI sure don't remember any other flying enemies that can't be shot down. Hope it helps.

To defeat this flying creature, you'll need to make use of your clawshot and sword techniques. When the beast raises his shield, pull him to the ground with your clawshot and attack with your sword. You can use your backslice and shield attack to defeat him if that helps.
