Watch as the bond grows between Zelda and Link in this new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
nintendo knows wat the cluck their doing. i wish their third party support could do as well with their systems
@BoaHancock21 not necisarily due to wii motion plus and one to one controls and other stuff on wii u it would be just another game with u having to press b to attack
@AVALANX the hardware is said to top both compititors and the graphics for the zelda hd were AMAZING in my eyes so unless xbox and sony improve wiiu will win overall
They should put a disclaimer at the bottom when Link parachutes down with a towel: "Do not attempt this in real life"
I played Zelda on N64 and on Gamecube but then got an Xbox. Really sad I won't get to play this game, really hope the Wii U has better hardware that can graphically compete with Sony and Microsoft.
@aermeus well the game is built around motion controls like how the enemies sheild, the puzzles, etc, so using a classic controller would change the game entirely (it just isnt an option). i think the motion controls are gonna be great, but whatever pleases you ...
@dxdevilex0 i thought OoT is MUCH better than spirit tracks. defiantly pick it up when you have the chance
I wonder where this will fit along the Zelda timeline. Maybe when the master sword was created? The art style looks like a nice balance between the more mature Twilight Princess and the more cartoony Wind Waker, and I like it. It's vibrant but still has that "all growed up" feeling from the Twilight Princess game.
Like Wind Waker before it, this kind of art style suits Zelda better than the more realistic look GOTY bet it scores a 10
@Evtutchenk0 I loved spirit tracks,I'm thinking of getting OoT 3D too when I have the spare money, but is it better than spirit tracks?
@JMcN76 i didn't like the character models for this one also... but i liked it like it was on the WindWaker
@dxdevilex0 you should get all of them, they're all great, but if want specifics, get Ocarina of Time and Majora's mask for the N64, WindWaker for the NGC, A Link to the Paste for the SNES, Minish... wait... i'm puttin all of them here! figures... just get all of them, you'll not regret it
Not a huge fan of the character models at all. I hate when they go this route, just like in Wind Waker. Do it like Twilight Princess Nintendo!
Honestly...this really isnt my cup of tea anymore. However, I think it would be fun to play it just for the nostalgia to take me back to my childhood. Unfortunately, Nintendo's stubborness in forcing use of motion control just wont let me buy this. I wish they had incorporated the use of a classic controller as another option. I cant get into the whole motion control for anything more than the simplistic Wii sports with my kids.
ugh im at the point where even great trailers like this one aren't even that exciting to me anymore. it's mostly because i just can't friggen wait for the game! the only exciting thing right now would be for me to have the game in my hands!!!!! it was pretty exciting purchasing my first wii motion plus (the controller & plus all in one thing) the other day just for this game. But now it needs to come out!!! I'm dying waiting for this!! I don't know what i'm going to want to play first... I preordered both this and Assassin's Creed Revelations when preorders were first offered. Skyward Sword has been on preorder for a year and a half for me!!!! they come out only days apart and are both full of story and exploration...ill be getting ACR just a couple days before SS so im going to have to start that game....i dont know what im going to do lol! Also had to skip out on skyrim till i beat both ACR and SS. Because Skyrim is going to take over my gaming life for a couple of months, i expect. sorry guys, i needed to vent my tortured gaming soul.
@DemonJoe93 You just doubted it by saying probably. if you're really a zelda fan then you know it will be great.
