Here's a quick crash course on the origin of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.
if nintendo went for more realistic graphics for zelda they would need to change the rating from Everyone to Teen or even Mature... zelda games could be even more violent and gory! but this game looks awsome hope its as fun as twilight was
Its not right to say that for gameplay you must go to nintendo and for graphics to PS3, look at Uncharted 3 for example it has both perfect. What for me is unique for nintendos zelda is that such a game doesnt exist on PS3. A biiiig, openworld adventure game( only okami and zelda are of this type) without beiing a RPG !!!! This is why I LOVE ZELDA !!!!!
How could it be better? We all know nintendo do graphics only to this stage because they always put it all they can on the gameplay not on the graphics! If you want to play a beautiful silking game go to PS3 or Xbox 360, for gameplay go for Nintendo and zelda games!!!!
I wish they took their graphics more seriously. its too childish. although ive always enjoyed the sound effects, weapons and gameplay, also the fact that Link doesnt speak. That said i kind of agree with @kytomasi, even though ive got this love for zelda this one looks dull! they seriously need to just stick with mad temples and Ganon. ohwell, maybe next time.
SO i see some Zora influence in that water creature and if i'm mistaken, that was definitely a Sheikah. I am so excited for this game!
The trailer looks interesting but didn't specifically blow my mind. It makes no difference to me though, Zelda games are always good so it's a purchase from me either way.
