It's hard enough to take a classic N64 and put it on a handheld, but Phantom Hourglass makes it look easy.

User Rating: 8.5 | Zelda no Densetsu: Mugen no Sunadokei DS
The Legend of Zelda first appeared on the N64 game Ocarina of Time, making some of the most sells ever on a Nintendo system. In this adventure, Link and his green tights go handheld, and here is my review.

Like I said in my review deck, It is hard to take a classic N64 game and turn it into a handheld, but this game really does it good. You would expect the graphics to be recycled from the N64, but it's not. Instead of choppy back round graphics, this game has gorgeous visuals that will immediatley draw you in. The story, game play, and character models are similar to previous Zelda games, which makes this all the more fun.

The story in Zelda has always been intriguing and thought-provokingly strange. This is just like that, so for hardcore Zelda fans, this is obviously a must-buy.

All in all, The Phantom Hourglass is truly a masterpiece. This is just proof that Nintendo can do anything with video games, even change a classic N64 game into a great handheld experience.
