I had a Playstation when the Nintendo 64 came out so I never got the chance to play Zelda: Ocarina of Time before. I knew from the reviews that this game was of legendary status and a must play. When I first played it on the Nintendo 3DS I was blown away by how the game is still fun to play even though it is 15+ years old. If you're unfamiliar with the Zelda franchise then you're living under a rock. LOL just kidding, if you're unfamiliar with the Zelda games then you play as Link and you set off to rescue the Princess.. Zelda. The gameplay though is amazing. The weapons you pick up are all used differently to unlocked new area's of the maps and get to new locations... this was my favorite aspect of this game. For example.. you get a BOW which is used to kill enemies or you can use it to hit certain switches which will allow you to get to the next area. Nearly ever single piece of a equipment you obtain can be used as a weapon and a 'key'. Another one of my favorite aspects of the game was the secrets and side missions. There are so many things to do besides just play the story out it's amazing. Hidden temples, rooms, holes in the ground, walls.. they are everywhere!! Ocarina of Time is an action/rpg so you'll be getting new outfits, new weapons and armor, magic and specials. The Ocarina is used to warp to different locations and to open doors and things like that via notes that you learn from people along the way. On the 3DS the 3D effects are pretty cool and the graphics still look really good this day and age. You can easily put dozens of hours into this game without actually finding everything unless you look online for some hints and tips!! The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time is a MUST PLAY for everyone!!!
