Zelda III, this was my first ever role playing game, and well, this game rocks! It took me four months to beat this game and it was the best day of my young teenage life. The puzzles, bosses, and weapons was unlike anything I had ever played before and am glad to report that I can still play the game all the way through in one try. The story is quite immersive and also includes entertaining side stories as well as "Link" or whatever you decide to name the hero as he progresses through the story. I actually had an ex girlfriend ask me to play the Zelda III ALL the way through because she was so enammored by the game. Well, the girl's gone, but I still got the game, so screw her! I think one needs to have owned a SNES to really appreciate this game these days. My friends loved Zelda IV and beyond, but have trouble enjoying this game. Whatever, its still a cool game to check out to see how far these games have come along in 10 years.
