Where can I find tempered sword?

Have one of the brothers with link (follows me around) where is the Smith's shop so I can get the sword tempered

In the Dark World, (after beating the 4th dungeon and getting the Titan's Mitt) take the south exit of the village and go left. You should see a little frog hopping in place the the heavier rocks, speak with him, and bring him back to the Light World. Then, bring him it the blacksmith's hut ( a bit above and to the right of the the exit you took) and bring him in. Leave and reenter to pay 10 rupees, lose your sword and they will give it back tempered.
