10 reasons why this LRemnant failed epically!
1- Long loading
2- Random uncontrallable action. You can't choose what type of healing you want to use. ONLY those it randomly generated. Once 1/4 unions was alive and I need to wait 3 turns to come up "heal them with item arts" which I chose to conserve my items so I waited for another 2 turns to come up "Bring them back" via Kiss of Life. Get it? All random.
3 - ONLY Rush aka main character can be customized. You can't equip nor alter their skills.
4- BAD graphic. Seriously.
5- Unknown intention. I swear that in battle my unions were winning and my soldier was attacking and then he suddenly yelled "What the hell?". So was Rush. He suddenly scolded teammates that just attacked enemy with "What are you doing?". Seriously that was out of place. They really lost me. I just normally mute when in combats.
6- INSANE boss. Alot of rare monsters and boss like Icy Idol and Gates of hell were pain in the "you know what". Totally depends on luck. Sometimes I got 5 times Gae Bolg in a row but sometimes I ended a boss fight without the choice for summoning Namul/cyclops nor using any special arts. The random battle REALLY KILLED me when engaged in hard boss fight. Again, LUCK.
7- No running from encounter. You must avoid monsters at all costs because once you're engaged, that's it. No running. Game Over for you if you multi-deadlock and it uses Curse.
8- LONG battle sequences. Normally I would watch a movie with my CPU and inserted the commands because the more unions involved, the longer the sequences are. One turn can easily takes 2-4 minutes. Boring watching the same sequence over and over again. Rush thrusting his double sword to cast a spell, Emma/emmy strikes the same pose,etc...
9- Hateable main characters. Cheesy voice acting and bad personality. I supported David and absolutely hate Rush. It all started with him typically calling David at the 1st dungeon without manners. This easy-going attitude ain't working after gazillion times implemented. Then he walked like ... I don't know, swinging his arms and shoulders like a whelp. I'll stop here.
10 - Lack of story. LRemnant consisted 90% of watching same boring battle sequences. 5% story, 5% loading getting between towns.
