Decent overall gameplay,bad graphics, and terrible voice overs are the reason this game gets a 7.

So this game came out for Dreamcast when they were still making games for it. House of the Dead II requires a litegunlike the rest of the house of the dead games. The story in this game is not good at all first off. But it's hard to put in a great story into an arcade shooter. Even though this game came out in 2000, the graphics are not really acceptable if you compare them to some other games on the dreamcast. Gameplay in this game is simple, and can be pretty fun if you have good reflexes. To shoot, you simply pull the trigger, and to reload you shoot off the screen. The worst part of the game is its voice overs. In some parts, you just can't help but laugh at how terrible they are. I remember one specific part in thsi game where one of your enimies says, " Dogs of the AMS....Ha...Ha...Ha...Ha." and he probably pauses about 2 seconds after every word. It almost souds like he was a robot. I would not reccomend this game because (a) It's hard to find it along with the litegun. (b) it just REALLY isn't a great game. and (c) you will probably have a better time playing it once or twice at an arcade.

Gameplay is simple yet entertaining for the most part.
who doesn't like shooting zombies?

The worst voice overs in any game I have ever played.
Bad graphics.
To hard to find these days with all the next generation systems being sold.
No fun 1-player.
Can be pretty hard without infinate lives.
