Where can I find all lvl 4 weapons?

The lvl 4 guns r found the same as the lvl 3 and 2 look on the map and they will be black and have 4 stars over them and most r in shops not in allys also the money should be auto droped u dont need to find it its already in your account when i got them b4 i hade 117k after i loaded my save i had 517k hope this helps

Level four weapons are found the same as the others, look for a black gun icon with four stars around it and drive to the location to buy the weapon.
