Overrated! No more, no less...
It has a splendid graphic engine, very nice sound, the storyline is awesome and thats because it is a Godfather game.
The bad:
Terrible camera, ABSOLUTELY NO control over how you want to move or shoot.
Well.
I got this game because Im a Godfather fan since Im a litlle kid... but this game disapointed me...
If you are used to shooting games, like any other shooting game, you wont like this game at all...
First, theres no STRAFE what means that you are not able to enter buildings facing the way your enemies might be...
Second, theres a lock button wich should be used to lock on your opponents (when it works, of course)... Try to imagine this scene: You are behind a door and inside that door theres only ONE enemy, you dont know where he is.
To be able to kill him you should open the door, duck, and strafe in so you would be able to see if theres anyone wandering inside the building and then start shooting him... Yes, this is the way it SHOULD be...
But, considering this same scene... You open the door and you HAVE to enter the door facing straight forward (same direction as the door), when you are inside the building your camera is showing you the wall that was behing the door you just opened, and you start getting some bullets on your back, then you have to move quickly to every where to find the enemy who is shooting you, and luckly when you find him (and if you are full health) you will lose 'ONLY' 40% of your life....
This is what happen often, and thats why I quit playing this game...
If you think I didnt play enough, you are wrong... I was don of NYC on mob wars and soldier on story mode...
It had everything to be a great game, but its controls doomed this game.....I dont recomend you buying or even playing this game or you will only lose some precious hour of gaming experience....
