i can't understand how Gamespot gave a silly score like this to this game.
if we critise the game we can start with the graphics.The graphics are not so good simple but playable.But at this time the graphics could be better.Next time at Godfather 3(i hope) we expect better graphics.
Secondly artificial intelligence....Yes this is the failure of this good game.The enemies,characters,social life,drivers,world everything,everybody isso silly and stupid :) if you hit a car the driver gets out of the car like he will attack you and raises his hands to the air and crouchs down i think this is a scare effect :) And everybody do this even walking people on the street.Also enemies are stupid as a result artificial intelligence is so poor.
But the game is seriously enjoyable and addictive for me.if u like Godfather or mafia thingsi'm sure u'll like this game.in a way it's like Saints Row 2 not strong graphics but enjoyable and very detailed game.
Yes this game is really detailed and u have many choices to do.You are really like a Don of your family and thats good.Because u have power, u have men and you have good friends in good positions in the government :) You are not like a Rambothis time or you dont have to be.You have a family and you are boss this time and ofc if you are boss you have men working for you.And these men are detailed they have specialities and works and they have skills thats the good point of the game.Every men are not same they are different some men are good got skills some are weak.You'll search and find the right men and recruit them.You can have 3 men walking with you like body guards and you can have more working for your family.You and your rival families have stores which makes money.Your aim is to capture their stores,factories etc and make them yours which makes the profit,money of them yours too.More stores means more money and after u capture the store u can recruit bodyguards for these stores to defend it.Because your enemies will try to take them back.
Also you dont have to attack their stores you can send your men to attack and capture for you thats the best detail of the game.if you are a boss you must send your men for your works.Ofc the success depends on your men and skills.if they are good men they can kill the guards and capture the store if they are weak they can find themselves in the hospital and they can not capture the store.You dont have to capture you can send your men and bomb the store so ur rivals can not gain profit from them until it reopens.
You can promote your men because someof them are simple soldiers some of them are capo's and some of them underboss it depends on you.Youll choose the right men to promote.
The game is really detailed and enjoyable and it is definitely more than this score....
