The Getaway

Dissapointing is the only thing I can say about the getaway

This was one of those games I solely bought becuase of hype. This was hyped as THE GTA killer but it fell flat on almost all fronts.

The graphics and sound are the only good points in this game, but no matter how good they are, if the gameplay isn't good then there worthless.

In GTA you are free to do what you want and chose a mission to do when you felt like it, not so with the Getaway. This basically is mission after mission, and you don't get a chance to do anything you want to do. The controls are a bit awkard when on foot but the car controls are ok.

All in all this is a dissapointing game that did not live up to the big hype it created.
