Did everyone forget the tamriel rebuilt (http://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/) project? That was the same deal where they were going back and recreating all of the old provinces complete with quests. The problem is that Bethesda puts out new games too quickly with awesome new engines that the team wants to use. Anyway, check it out.
