There's already a Android/Playstation phone...the Sony Ericsson Play!! I also do not get the point of the Vita....that said I have a question.... whoever has one has the best of both worlds?
Besides the headline link, there is no link for the show in any of the drop-down menus anymore. So, in a couple of days I will think the show was "cancelled" again.
I don't understand the move to a video podcast. Does it make the podcast better to have to look at these goofballs for an hour? I think not.

Vita sales will be mediocre until the game library begins to be established. The launch lineup is just kinda meh (not counting Uncharted Golden Abyss). Early adopters will buy it day one. Others will trickle into it as more games start to come out. Sony shouldn't concern themselves with dropping the price (even though we all would of course love to pay less for it). Nintendo dropped the price because their launch lineup was terrible and nobody cares about the defining sales point of the device, the 3D. Now that they've dropped the price considerably and actually started to come out with games that people want to play the thing is selling well. But still nobody cares about the 3D.
I'll stick with my prediction: next gen XBOX announced at E3 this year, released by holiday season 2013.
Comparing the sales of Vita vs. smartphones is like comparing sales of consoles vs computers. It makes no sense.
Why do you still compare phones with portable gaming devices? The two do not serve the same audience, the games are not the same, the things each one does are not the same. Angry birds and Mario do NOT substitute each other.
The only original IP that I'm currently following (PC only) that even has a remote chance of releasing this year is AMY. Still looking forward to the Bioshock and Tomb Raider iterations this year though.
