Words can't really tell you how good this game is, that's what the computers and consoles are for. However I might as well mention a few things that make this game fun.
Each race have a lot of differences other then looks which have a great change compare to Morrowind, and Oblivion. They also have unique Powers, and some of them increased health, magika, or stamina. Which race you chose really does affect how you are liked in Skyrim. Humans especially Nords are like a lot more then beast folk and Elves are near hated in Skyrim.
The combat is a blessing, as you can now chose dual welding, dual casting, weapon and magic, Give your self a shield with your weapon, or a bow all this is your choice and thanks to perks, you can power your characters in whatever skills you like, making the warrior, mage or thief of your choice.
The great thing that was placed inside the game, has to be the new fear in the sky, dragons are though and annoying at times, yet never a dull experience. Getting their souls for shouts is one benefit to besting these nightmarish beast. Werewolves make a comeback and are better then ever with a new look, and a fearsome strength at the beginning of the game, and those who loved vampires they return as well.
The only real bad thing is the lack of custom magic. It was in every game till now, I believe it is a time thing though and may make a return in DLC.
If you missed the lunch, find this game and join in on the fun, you are bound to play this game for long time.

It seemed so bleak and snowy and so boringly Nord/Viking-ish, but somehow I invested over 300 hours in it.
