Going to keep this short - I'm around 12 hours into Skyrim and it's everything I could have hoped it would be. For lovers (read "obsessers") of Oblivion, this seriously is the game we've been waiting for. Beautiful graphics, massive and absorbing open/free-roaming world, and all the flexibility we have come to expect from this series with respect to character development.

Some great developments in this series. Skill 'perls' when you level up; only being able to perform smithing and alchemy when you're at a workbench or alchemy table; and the "shout"...oh my word how much fun is the shout as a weapon?!

I could go on, but that would mean even longer away from the game. To all those who have been hanging for the next great RPG, well it's here, and Bethesda have done it again...truly they must be the greatest game developer on the planet.

Buy it, play it, love it...it's everything we were hoping it would be!
