Can my pc run this, pls help?

Hello I was wondering if my pc can run this game and on what settings. Please note that I did own the ps3 version so im looking for something kinda close or better in how good it runs.

8gb ram

1 teribyte harddrive

windows 7

64 bit

amd a6-3620 apu with radeon hd graphics 2.2ghz quadcore (amd radeon hd 6530d for the card)

index score is 5.9

Here are some benchmarks to give you a rough idea http://www.techspot.com/review/467-skyrim-performance/page4.html. Those are all on high settings, so if you ran the game on medium, used fxaa instead of AA, you'd probably be able to run it with stable fps.

 

If you want to play with higher settings on your system, install skyboost. It'll give you an avg 10fps boost. Only drawback is you have to play on v 1.3 or 1.4, but you're not missing out on much until patch 1.6 comes out (mounted combat :P).  If you know how, OC'ing your cpu will noticeably improve performace, in skyrim particularly.  Either way, this game's far from crysis, not particularly demanding,
