Which mod/s could have caused this?? ( Please help! )

I can only see Ralof's head and there are a few other NPC's like that.. invisible body and visible head..

anyone familiar with this issue?

The armor he's wearing doesn't have the meshes I think. Have you tried verifying the game cache?

Sounds like missing meshes, like the other poster said, try having steam verifying the cache and downloading any missing ones.

Also check any mods you have that add/change armor and deactivate them and try redownloading/installing them if you really want them.

That is either a missing mesh or a mesh that is incompatible with the equipment slot it is assigned to.

Found that out by accident a while back when I accidentally set a ring to be worn in the body armor slot, made a mod out of it lol.
