The next Elder Scrolls game with spells for every game, a console(Xbox) and spell creation. More enchantments and such, new armor, and more involved Daedric quests. If I were a Daedra, I wouldn't give a crisp about mortals.

I would love a return to Morrowind's level of freedom or better (not that it will ever happen).
I mean things like wearing different pieces of clothing, like right and left shoulders/ect, also layered clothing, and more freedom with spell making/enchanting, plus many more things that let my character be anything I wanted, and do anything I wanted.
I don't care if flying makes encounters easy, I love being able to fly anywhere, or do anything I want with my character. I also like being able to make them look however I want, and be anything I want with as few limits as possible. Of course this will most likely never happen, but I can still want it.

Voted Other: Better combat particularly in 3rd person.

You may not be as good as I am, I may not compare to you, but until you prove either; I'd wager we'd both be better off staying quiet about it.

Ajd_King posted...Just hire some decent writers. The main plot would improve, the side plots would improve, the NPCs would improve, the dialogue would improve, and likely the actual quests themselves would as well.
Pretty much this. Increasing the VA budget would help with this as well (getting more information through to the player, as long as they don't blow it on hookers and bl- I mean, big name actors).

Other: Better combat.
Seriously, when 99% of your game revolves around fighting, combat should probably be a key point of improvement. That's pretty much why I get bored with Skyrim so quickly. I even tried being the sly speechcraft master just to break up the monotony and work around having to fight everything yet, 9 times out of 10, the end result was "There's a cave. I need something in it. There's about 20 dudes between you and it. GO." and 2 hours of trudging through a cave mashing the trigger ensued.
If Dragon's Dogma taught me anything, it's that even poorly written quests can be fun if the combat can carry the experience. That, and being able to climb on bad guys is awesome.

Most of those to be honest, but i'm going with
Optional: Sea monsters.
I want to be afraid of the water and see huge sharks and serpents swimming around splashing along with a deep sea, gigantic monster (maybe a Squid) that's only in the deepest parts of the ocean. Would be amazing.
