    I saw a topic on this but it was from last year with no answer. I enchanted my shield with resist fire but it is not showing up in my active effects. Is this is a bug and is there a fix?

    Remove all your stuff then re-equip, that might help

    Thank you. It is being caused from me having my 1h on the right D pad and a bow on the left. When I switch from bow to to 1h and shield via d-pad it isn't actually counting me equipping my shield.

    Strange, I guess I will put one of my favorite shouts on it instead.
