    I already know how to do so with regular enchantments. What I want to know is if it's possible to do something like, for example, take the enchantment off of the Diadem of the Savant or Arch-Mage Robes, and apply it to an item. The only issue I've found is when you do get mods that make you able to disenchant them you're only allowed to increase 1 part of it.

    For example, I once was able to disenchant the Diadem of the Savant, but when I put it on something it would come out as Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, ect, 5% reduced and not simply All spells 5% reduced. And when you use a potion to try and increase it only the first one is made better and not the rest, which would come out as Alteration 100%, Conjuration 5%, Destruction 5% reduced. If I wanted to have each individual enchantment to be fully off I would do so.

    What I'm trying to put down is this, why is it not possible to simply have a all spells reduced option and make it scalable instead of what I listed above? Is it some limitation with the Creation Kit or what?

    *Edit: Scratch that, come to think of it, I think they all stayed at 15%.

    My advice is to make your own enchantment with 100% all around in the creation kit.

    @Megawizard

    You get the idea though.

    @Tia_Le_Re

    I have little clue on what I would be doing with the Creation Kit, not only on making an enchantment that does 100% off all spells, but also possibly making scalable, how to add it to the character to use, and other things that I can't think of. I'm pretty much new when it comes to the Creation Kit and I have little clue on how to work it.

    its possible in game with enchanting leveled up. you must select a single tree (e.g. destruction) and you can get 25% off on 4 pieces. Chest, ring, helmet, and maybe gauntlets?

    1. Install mod that allows more enchantments per piece of gear: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/990
    2. Use the console to set your enchanting skill up really high (like 1000 or something)
    3. Enchant a ring with a fortify enchantment for each of the magic types

    Or you could just bypass all that crap and simply use the console to give yourself a million magicka and not even worry about what spells cost in the first place.

    unmodded:
    the closest/best you can do is enchant 4 pieces of gear with 25% reduction to 2 schools. So it comes down to picking the two schools you're most interested in using.
    This is pretty easy to achieve through Fortify Enchanting potions and the 100 Enchanting perk for double enchants.

    Almost any/every other method is going to involve abusing glitches (like the restoration glitch), or using pretty game breaking mods.
