perk limit problem

    I am at the top level now and there is a stupid perk limit so my 2 problems are: how do I get more perk points if everything is at 100 and if that dlc comes out with new perk ability's will the level limit change so more I can get more perks or do I need to make a new game.

    Well, I don't know if they are gonna raise the limit. I did not know there was one, but if they don't, you can always use console commands.
