Has anyone confirmed that the cheat still works with current patch and dragonborn dlc? If so does any bookshelf work or only certain ones?

I can confirm it works. And you can't just use ANY bookshelf, it has to be a bookshelf you own.
Something else I've noticed about this glitch; using it repeatedly will add more spots for other books. On one of my shelves I've got room for 30+ books, while the normal maximum is about 16 per level of the shelf.

From the sounds of it they have no plans to ever patch it. If there is any future patches. Safe to say the glitch will still work.

Are you guys sure it works on any bookshelf you own for the latest update and DLC on PS3? I heard it only works for the bookshelf on the home of that new island place.

The irony here, of course, being that doing just that is the best/quickest way to reach the level requirement for DTT. Besides, it really doesn't take long at all - especially if you're only going to level ten.

Same here. My save mysteriously disappeared after I updated and downloaded the DLC. I had smithing, enchanting, one handed, heavy armor, and all schools of magic at level 100. I started a new game on Friday and wasted a chunk of my weekend so far trying to grind my way back to where I was. I wish I'd known about this glitch before.
