mod on Tougher enemies

Is there a mod out there that makes enemies little tougher (more HP) so the battles are much more longer? (so u could level up blocking skill) but without making them deal more damage (looking at you game slider). im playing on adept difficulty

forgot to tell im running t3ndo's skyre mod and some other stuff. won't it affect the mods im running?

you'd hve to check with T2nd0 or Dal (HLE's author) on that question, i used Skyre a long time ago, before HLE was out, so i have no clue.

and i dont recall offhand what Skyre did to the creaturesm but HLE increases theri levels to match yours (in most cases, some quest mobs dont.. like the summerset theives, 1 time only mobs) increasing their Health/magicka/stamina and damage.
