I want a bloodlust meter while I am in werewolf form, so I know how much time I have left. I think it would be cool if blood splattered across the screen eventually faded, but I would be happy with a timer, or a bar...just something to show me how much time I have.

not my biggest desire, but i'd like one that allowed me to be a priest/healer and do priestly/ healery things. radiant diseased/injured people i could heal and seek out tied in with the civil war (and their camps). Expanded restoration/ alchemy to allow for a variety of crippling and brutal diseases and unique cures to these. Abilities to perform religious ceremonies, like death rites so dead can't be raised, like weddings in maras name, whatever could be done in dibellas name too (preferably with serana)

I prefer pc games over consoles, because it's too uncomfortable using my ps3 guitar hero guitar as a controller when playing most games. Also i don't like having to sit on the toilet staring at the bathroom ceiling where I put my only hd tv.

Deadly Dragons used to have an option to make NPCs stronger by upgrading their armor and health.

I'd like to have that again, NPCs are generally way too weak while everything else in the game such as the Falmer are right around the right difficulty.

Deadly monsters does this. Comes with deadly dragons, configurable in MCO.

Thank you, this is great news for me.

I want a parry+riposte system added to melee combat, a la Demon/Dark Souls.

Also, I want limb based hitboxes. Shooting an enemy in the head with an arrow should be insta-kill on most enemies. Also, hitting them in the legs should make them hobble, and hitting in the arms should disarm them.

Off the top of my head:
Sacred 2 mod with full character selection, skills, and combat arts with perks for them.
Underwater combat mod (if it's in combat overhaul mod I take no blame for not knowing it exists :-D )
^- combined with multiple underwater areas to explore, kill, and be killed in.
    Spell crafting mod.
Restoration of the reverse articulation to argonian legs.
Race mod for all khajit variants.
Mod to let you imbue automatons with the souls of dragons to create followers. Not something expressly like dwemer automata, but rather something a bit more intelligent/self-aware like normal companions. Also they should be rather pissed at having been killed and enslaved by you.
Scrapbook mod to let you keep mementos or sketches of all the named people you've killed. Mementos being something like a lock of hair from that female vampire you have to do something with as part of a quest chain.
Aging mod that gradually replaces NPCs' textures, resizes them, and even swaps out models as time progresses in the game. Granted it might take a long time to see the jarl's son grow up, but when he's whining about sweetrolls at 18 and you can legally provoke him into attacking you and then kill him it'll all be worth it.
Mod that summons a swarm of skeevers any time someone calls some city a "skeever hole." http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25460 is nice, but not exactly automatic enough like the arrow-to-the-knee->lighting-bolt-from-on-high mod is.
Geo-Mod mod ala Red Faction. It'd be awesome to cut down trees, knock over buildings, and even blow up mountains and have the effects not only appear in the game but show up. Burned grass from dragon attacks is also a must.
^- Should be accompanied either an included or second mod to let grass and trees (re)grow over time.

An Oblivion-style repair system, with some tweaks.

In fact, replace most of Smithing, making damage and armor buffs treated like overhealing in Team Fortress 2, only it wears down per hit rather than per second; you need to invest more time in the tree to make any significant permanent damage/armor buffs with the skill.

Still keep some crafting intact, but nowhere near as much as in the vanilla game.

    How would you cast?

Rest greatsword on shoulder or lower it, take offhand off of sword's handle, cast spell, return to two-handed grip ready position. For bow, lower it, cast spell with hand used to nock arrow and draw it back, then raise it again.

A system in which magic is assigned to an "offhand casting" type of thing like in Daggerfall and Oblivion would be great, I think. For the system I want, you'd be able to cast any spell (except the master spells) no matter what weapon you're wielding, but you'd be using one hand to do so and thus your spells wouldn't be as powerful as they would be if you used both hands. Only by going unarmed could you cast with both hands and thus have your spells at full power, and for stuff like Impact, you'd hold the button to charge the spell for a second or two, then release for the staggering, higher costing, and possibly stronger spell. Staves wouldn't interfere with your spell power, but might still bar you from casting the master spells.

Also, being able to do like in Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, with readying a power attack and holding it until you're ready to swing, then releasing to attack, would be better than what we have now for melee combat.

It's always bothered me how in the thick of battle, like a city dragon fight, your allies are oh-so-diligent about tracking what and who has hurt them. You accidentally attack someone, and you get a bounty, an assault, etc. A friendly attacks you? They get nothing.

So I'd like something like Recount in WoW, where you can track Damage Taken and its source. Then, when a friendly accidentally hits me, the mod would tell me, and I can run over and scream in his face, "Watch it there, brother!"

It would also create the Dovah Hold. Any attack against me -- guards, followers -- would incur a bounty of 40. Failure to pay, and I could send bounty hunters.

That would eliminate my main problem with friendly fire -- that it only matters when the player hits someone accidentally. When someone hits the player, it matters not at all.

Isnt it possible to make a script that checks player race?

if agonian, add power "transform were-crocodile"

If khajiit, add power "trasform were-tiger

    Otherwise add power "transform werewolf"

Then all that would be needed is to add the 2 new transformations as new powers.

    Incidently, wouldnt a were-crocodile be a daedroth?
