"Cleared" Locations

Hey everyone, thanks for all the help you've given me on the board. I am trying to raise some money to train for smithing and buying potions, enchanted items, etc, so I figured I would run some dungeons and forts for gear to sell. My concern is finding places where enemies respawn. Most of the locations on the map say "Cleared", so I assume enemies will never respawn there. If this is true where else can I go and how long does it take to respawn enemies?

Nope. They'll be back there exactly 30(31) days after you left. If you want to go on a 'run' for loot... it'd be best to head to Dragonsreach and [wait function] 31 days then head out again.

If a place doesn't say cleared, it's only 10(11) days til respawn.

a 30 day respawn wait takes roughly 25 minutes on PS3... but you guys (as I understand it) can speed up time by bringing up the XMB (or something) after you hit wait.

Sorry, but I don't actually own a box, I've just read that. Someone might jump in to help, otherwise, you seem smart enough to infer what I'm trying to say.
