Who has made a character similar to that guy?
Well, I have started one which is as follows....
Race - Redguard (obviously)
Skills - One-handed, Two Handed (for Sweep), Restoration (for the sunlight spells which are meant to replicate the UV ray bombs from the movie for this play-through), Light armor, Archery (for the Xbow and I wish the shurikens were in this game like they were in Morrowind).
I obviously have to be a vampire and become a vampire hunter. In terms of followers, I have Specialized Followers and Eola fits the bill perfectly. I'm using cloaks (not capes) to get that long over-coat look for my attire. I probably will pick Enchanting or Smithing later on since I don't have Whistler to make stuff for me.
I have just started this play-through so, if you guys can augment this build with new, Blade-esque ideas, feel free to do so.

Have Mos Def as your follower so he can constantly sing your theme song.
Sorry, that's all I know about Blade.

Looks like the fun of building fantasy-type characters has vanished from this board.

To be fair, in Skyrim there are so little concequences for your actions it makes little difference how you roleplay a character, they're all going to end the same way if you play them long enough.
Don't get me wrong, that's the first time I've outwardly bashed the game, I'm loving your idea (Thought you meant an ES Lore Blade to start with

) but Skyrim's blandness sort of sucks the life out of specializing in anything for me.
Shame I doubt you can join the Dawnguard as a vampire, that would be awesome.

No, you can't join Dawnguard as a vamp but you can turn into one later on.
As for consequences, yeah there aren't too many branching paths to take in the main game but I was referring to the play-style. It's working nicely so far.
