Bethesda's Todd Howard vs Blizzard's Jay Wilson. Whos the better game designer?

Todd Howard was the lead designer of topic rpg's like Oblivion, Morrowind, Skyrim, Fallout 3, and Fallout New Vegas.
Jay Wilson was the lead designer on Starcraft 2, Diablo 3, and arguably the most successful game ever, World of Warcraft and all its expansions.
Which video game designer revolutionized the video game industry the most and in your subjective opinion, which is the better professional at designing video games?

Jay Wilson, I have spent over 50,000 hours on World of Warcraft. Everyone raves about Skyrim but I couldn't be bothered to spend more than 250 hours.

I second Jay Wilson. He is less jingoist and is a far more respectable man overall. Todd still makes ace games like Skyrim, however, his track record has gone significantly down ever since he made Morrowind, which is one of the best RPGs of all time and I don't think he'll repeat it. However World of Warcraft is the best MMO of all time and Starcraft 2 currently the #1 RTS, with Diablo 3 the most successful action RPG dungeon crawler. So Jay has a better track record and is very consistent. He clearly has passion for his products. Todd is simply a jingoist man out for money and it has shown in the de-evolution of Elder Scrolls. For example he takes away more and more skills in every game similar to how the capitalist takes away rights almost every day. So from a gaming and moral point of view I quite approve of Jay.

I'd have to go with Toddy boy given that enjoy all the projects he's worked on far more.
And to Marxist dude, you've spent almost six years of your life in a virtual world. More than half of your life since that game came out was spent in a virtual world. So you mean to tell me you spend nearly all if not all of your waking time on WoW? Wow.

Correction, I haven't spent over 50,000 hours but pretty close. 43,000 hours by my calculations, so I shouldn't have said "over" and caused confusion. Sorry about that.

In terms of their impact on the industry? Probably Jay Wilson, for WoW alone. That's pretty influential.
I prefer the Todd in terms of game design, though. He's got a solid vision, methinks, for how games should be made and played.
Just a correction, Todd Howard had nothing to do with New Vegas. That's on Obsidian's shoulders. Todd's been working on TES since Daggerfall, and he's been a project lead since Morrowind. Also did Fallout 3, but not New Vegas.

I wouldn't call myself pathetic. I've made a lot of friends playing WoW and was leader of a very successful guild, organizing most of the raids personally. Plus I've met my current girlfriend while playing WoW, we've been dating for almost 2 months now, I might pop the question soon.

What makes you think I'm trolling? People throw out that accusation too freely nowadays. We chat on ventrilo for hours everyday, and have spent a lot of time together by playing WoW. We share most of our interests and our top 5 favorite anime list is almost identical.
