Any way to switch dominant hand?

By default, the right hand is dominant. When I press a hotkey, it will first change what's on my left hand. Is it possible to make the left hand dominant, so it first changes what's on my right hand?

Well, the character I want to play next uses a shield in his left hand and spells in his right hand. So as you can probably see, it would be annoying to play that with a dominant right hand, since it's not the shield that I'm going to want to be switching out. it's the spells.

More hotkeys please mod allows you to select the hand spells first go to.
