I dont know for certain but my guess is a mod. Probably Immersive Armors.

I did a Khajiit character. Had to laugh when the wandering brawlers did their "what's a milk-drinker like you..." routine. I mean, I'm a cat, so the whole "milk-drinker" thing doesn't bother me LOL

any race can get it as a vamp power though so its kinda silly to pick one now. i agree though, night eye is useful. the werewolves also have a version of night eye that only works in beast form. if you ever make one check it out. they are also supposed to get stronger at the full moon but the that doesnt work cause the moons are bugged.

I played as a Khajiit, I don't think I ever used Night Eye.
I've tried the different races and find Night Eye to be the most useful and practical racial ability
for me, none of the others suit my play style as well.
